(2) The air pressure in the hydraulic cylinder of the ball press machine should be checked when the machine is turned off. If significant pressure fluctuations occur due to underlying issues such as fluctuating temperatures or oil leaks, new oil should be added or the system adjusted to restore the required working pressure. Additionally, if an oil leak is detected in the hydraulic system during operation, the machine must be immediately shut down for repairs before restarting.

(3) Inspect the mineral powder and slag ball press machine's wiring on schedule to ensure smooth production.

(4) Ensure timely handling of dust and fumes generated from the mineral powder and slag ball press machine. During the entire disassembly and assembly process, pay close attention to removing dust and carefully guide the equipment into its intended moving position. (3) Check if the theoretical foundation anchor bolts are loose and tighten them if necessary.

(4) If the hydraulic cylinder's working pressure experiences significant fluctuations, new oil should be introduced promptly.

(5) If oil leakage is detected in the steam pressure automatic control system during operation, the unit should be shut down immediately. Restart only after the leak has been repaired.

(6) After the components have been thoroughly cleaned, be sure to apply grease before proceeding with assembly.

(7) When assembling the parts, first check for any signs of wear. If wear is detected, be sure to replace the affected parts regularly.
