In the forming process, the dry powder ball press machine is one of the key pieces of equipment, consisting primarily of a pair of cylindrical wheels—identical in diameter, with parallel axes and a slight gap between them. When the motor starts running, the two wheels begin rotating at the same speed but in opposite directions. As material passes through the gap between the wheels, it undergoes intense compression, causing its volume to shrink significantly. With the continuous rotation of the forming wheels, the spherical cavities gradually close, subjecting the material to even greater pressure and further reducing its volume. Once the distance between the cavities becomes minimal, the forming pressure reaches its peak.
