Tips for Maintaining a High-Pressure Dry Powder Ball Press Machine

When operating the high-pressure dry powder ball press machine, always monitor its performance closely to prevent foreign objects from entering the feed hopper. If you notice any unusual noises, immediately stop production for inspection and maintenance.

1. External Cleaning: The exterior of the high-pressure dry powder briquetting machine must be thoroughly cleaned to prevent dust or foreign objects from entering and causing wear on internal components. Be sure to remove loose dust from the machine’s surface, and during disassembly, take care not to allow dust to get into delicate internal parts—this will help avoid damaging the equipment.

2. Cylinder System Inspection: The cylinder system serves as the primary power source for the entire high-pressure dry powder ball press machine. During inspection, pay close attention to this critical component. If oil leakage is detected in the oil tank, immediately stop the machine and repair the tank right away. Also, monitor any changes in tank pressure—especially if the pressure fluctuates significantly—and investigate the underlying cause promptly.

3. Component Inspection: Not only should wear-and-tear parts like pressure rollers be checked regularly, but don’t overlook even the smallest components that are often overlooked—such as bearings and bolts—to ensure they show no abnormalities. Additionally, inspect the material nozzle, triangular liners, and spiral feeding mechanism. After inspection, be sure to lubricate all necessary parts to maintain proper lubrication.
