The accompanying motor—a variable-speed electromagnetic motor with constant-torque characteristics, designed for the iron concentrate powder balling machine—ensures stable feeding pressure when the material feed rate from the feeder matches the iron powder requirement of the main unit, thereby maintaining consistent ball quality.
The transmission system of the iron powder ball press machine consists of an electric motor, a V-belt, a gearbox, open gears, and finally the rollers.
The hydraulic protection device—featured in the iron powder ball press machine—ensures safe operation. During operation, a hydraulic pump delivers high-pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder, causing the piston to move axially. The front end of the piston rod then presses against the bearing housing, precisely meeting the production pressure requirements.
